Coming from downtown La Junta, head east on 3rd Street and you’ll find us on the right side. If you’re traveling from neighboring communities like Las Animas, Swink, or Rocky Ford, we’re just minutes from Highway 50. Our clinic is wheelchair accessible and equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment to support your recovery journey. We’re open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with varying Friday hours to accommodate your schedule.
